The Pizzasmiths' Shoppe™
The Pizzasmiths' Shoppe concept was designed for inclusion in mall food courts, or integration with a grocery or department store. It primarily features wood-fired pizzas, sold by the slice or whole, and calzones. The concept is mainly targeted toward busy shoppers who want a quality meal at a low price.
Drake's Pizza Palace™
Drake's Pizza Palace is a full-service family entertainment and dining establishment, marketed to families with children and adolescents under the age of 18. The concept, named for its mascot "Drake Dragonwick", consists of an arcade with skill, redemption, and video games, a full-service restaurant specializing in pizzas but offering other freshly-made choices, and an animatronic stage show that plays at regular intervals.
